Ordering
Orders can be made via the telephone, post or via sending payment to our Paypal account tony@stormkayaks.co.uk . We are a verified account for your security (128 bit encryption providing the highest levels of security).
We reserve the right to alter or amend product specifications without prior notice.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract, and up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing if applicable.
All goods must be returned unused, saleable and in the original packaging.
Delivery
You will be advised when placing your order of the anticipated delivery time. Most products are sent out 1 - 4 working days from receipt of cleared payment, however there are instances where products are backordered.
You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect good before signing from the carrier. If goods are signed for it is assumed that the goods are to the customers satisfaction.
Guarantee
Manufacturers guarantee/warranty will apply where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
Damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing within five working days.
Goods incorrectly ordered can be exchanged or returned for refund. They will need to be returned in new/never used condition in the original condition at the buyers cost and the refund will be minus the delivery cost. Goods kept for longer than five days are assumed to be suitable for your needs and you have accepted the goods. You will need to pay for the return postage of exchanged goods.
In cases of product defect you must inform stormkayaks within 7 days of delivery. We will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of return and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock.
All products will have to be in an unused, saleable condition and in there original packaging. If the product has been used and you want to return the item, there will be charge made at our discretion.
