Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract, and up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing if applicable.
All goods must be returned unused, saleable and in the original packaging.
Delivery
You will be advised when placing your order of the anticipated delivery time. Most products are sent out 1 - 4 working days from receipt of cleared payment, however there are instances where products are backordered. You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect good before signing from the carrier. If goods are signed for it is assumed that the goods are to the customers satisfaction.
Guarantee
Manufacturers guarantee/warranty will apply where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns Policy
Damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing or by phone within five working days.
We operate a full 14 day returns policy. Refunds exclude initial delivery costs. Items returned that were supplied with Free Delivery are subject to a deduction of original delivery charge .
Exchange
Items returned must be in an unused condition and in there original packaging, as supplied. Return costs will be incurred for exchange items and payable before the new item is sent out.
Faulty Goods
We will refund your initial purchase price, inc delivery. We will also refund your return delivery
costs, method to be agreed before you return the goods to get a full refund.
Stormkayaks cannot be held responsible for lost items sent back by the buyer.
All products will have to be in an unused, and returned in a saleable condition and in there original packaging. If the product has been used and you want to return the item, there will be charge made at our discretion.
